TailMeds Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TailMeds. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TailMeds mobile application, website, and related services operated by SilentPixel ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using TailMeds, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TailMeds.

1. About TailMeds

TailMeds is a pet care reminder application designed to help users manage pet medication schedules, reminders, treatment tracking, notes, and related pet care activities.

TailMeds is intended as an organizational tool only and does not provide veterinary, medical, or emergency services.

2. Eligibility

TailMeds is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). By using TailMeds, you confirm that you have permission and legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. Accounts

You can use TailMeds without an account. To back up and sync your data, you can create an account with an email address and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

TailMeds offers free features and premium paid features (TailMeds Pro).

TailMeds Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase, through:

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. Prices may vary by region and platform.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Apple App Store and Google Play refund policies, and by case-by-case review where legally required or appropriate.

5. Reminder Accuracy Disclaimer

TailMeds provides reminder tools and notifications, but we do not guarantee:

You remain solely responsible for administering medication, treatments, and care to your pet.

Always verify medication instructions with your veterinarian.

6. No Veterinary or Medical Advice

TailMeds does not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Never ignore veterinary guidance based on app reminders or information stored in the app.

For emergencies, contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

7. User Content

You may add content such as:

Pet photos stay on your device and are never uploaded.

You retain ownership of your content.

By adding content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and store such content solely for operating and improving TailMeds.

You agree not to upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.

9. Intellectual Property

TailMeds, its branding, logo, software, design, text, and content are owned by SilentPixel or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit TailMeds without written permission.

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or permanent feature access.

Scheduled maintenance, outages, and technical issues may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilentPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TailMeds.

This includes, without limitation:

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted in the app or website with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
