Delete Your TailMeds Account
You can delete your TailMeds account directly in the app:
- Open TailMeds
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll down and tap Delete cloud account
- Confirm deletion
If you no longer have the app, email silentpixeldev@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account.
What gets deleted
Your cloud account and all data synced to it: pets, medications, reminders, weight logs and vets. It is purged within 30 days.
The data stored on your phone stays until you uninstall the app. You can use TailMeds without an account at any time.
What is kept
Records of purchases are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for up to 7 years where financial law requires it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
